Mid-Term Review

The purpose of the STAR MTR was to:
Gain insight into partnersâ™ interests, and perceived benefits and usefulness of ICT tools in their projects
Assess the sustainability (including technical and financial) of the programme

The findings drawn from this MTR will be used to advise programme facilitators and donors on the most appropriate and effective ways in which to continue the programme hereafter. In particular, the findings of this MTR will be used to critically review efforts to date, and to draw on lessons learnt to inform future interventions.
