The STAR Programme
Welcome to the STAR programme website!
Here you will find information about the STAR programme, its objectives and activities. Also, information and updates on the different STAR projects is available here as well as individual experiences of the participating KPN professionals and partner organisations.
The STAR programme is a public-private partnership between KPN and Hivos with the aim to increase the strategic use of ICTs among HIV/AIDS organisations and microfinance institutions in 6 African countries: Namibia, Malawi and Mozambique,Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

HIV/AIDS & ICT
Two trainings in the use of the Communication Toolkit are planned in Pretoria, South Africa on 4 – 7 November 2008 and in Nairobi on 10 – 13 November 2008.
