Welcome to the STAR programme website, here you will find a lot of information about the STAR programme. The programme proposal and reports, information about the different core projects as well as individual stories of the participating KPN volunteers and partner organisations.
The STAR programme is a public-private partnership between KPN and Hivos with the aim to increase the strategic use of ICTs among HIV/AIDS organisations and microfinance organisations in 6 African countries;Namibia, Malawi and Mozambique, as well as Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
