The STAR programme organises regional and national workshops to increase awareness among HIV/AIDS organisations and microfinance Institutes about the strategic use of ICTs.
Two trainings in the use of the Communication Toolkit are planned in Pretoria, South Africa on 4 – 7 November 2008 and in Nairobi on 10 – 13 November 2008.
